I rushed on this , so I'm sorry. It could've been beter.
I couldn't find the right eyeshadow color & eyes.. also the 2 hairs go like this - Blond is the color & the brown is the style.

Okay, I went crazy over the red dots.. I like it. Sorry it doesn't have lots of acc.
